rendering issues on android-build frontend

There's several issues:
1. "--" text in 'pre' tag is rendered as a dash.
e.g —mmc is rendered instead of --mmc

2. 'bc.' isn't rendered as 'code' tag.

3. 'pre' tag doesn't work as expected.
e.g. the line "dconf" is rendered as a single line instead of multiple lines

4. -D /dev/ttyUSB0 - is rendered with 'strike' tag instead of verbatim code.
