Bug Description
GCC 4.5 is hardcoded in create-
We should either take the source from a canonical place that is shared with the android-build system or make a generic script
that works for all by just taking some build service produced meta file that includes info about config, git revisions used etc...

If you look at the script its taking all other values from the environment variables set by the actual android build script. Maybe we just need to fix the one issue where the host toolchain mistakenly hard-coded? Writing a new mechanism that does what you are describing could just as easily have a mistake like this.
