Bug Description

Julia is a very new high-level, high-performance dynamic programming language for technical computing.

It currently fails to build for ARM/Aarch64 due to LLVM issues. Fixing julia is thus also interesting as a testcase of LLVM.

It seems for building julia with llvm3.4 or newer git head is needed - the pacakages in ubuntu are 0.2 based. Essentially we want to build something which uses MCJIT:
