Bug Description

Taking for example [1], jump-to-time and its preview (hovering the mouse over a location on the progress bar) does not work. It should display one frame of the video at the time being pointed at. It displays an array of 2x5 frames - apparently each at a static time, with the whole array being replaced at about 0:50 (in the example). In addition jumping to the indicated time does not work at all (i.e. nothing happens when clicking).
