Bug Description

In the standalone player (via ./tools/play-youtube.sh) hovering over the player timeline controls shows up to 8-9 thumbnails spread over the lower part of the viewport, instead of a single thumbnail image corresponding to the given time.

I think the problem is related to clipping of bitmaps
