Bug Description
Sample URL: http://
bilibili.tv is a Chinese video site with "niconico-style comment" functionality.
When I trying to watch a video on that site, I got a blank screen and saw something like this in the terminal:
NOT_IMPLEMENTED: Interface cinit (static)
bilibili.tv uses a modified player from jwplayer. So this problem affects on similar sites using the same engine: acfun.tv, tucao.cc
