Show in messaging menu implies run in background

Bug Description

I can't imagine a circumstance where a user would like to attach Lightread to the messaging menu and NOT have it also run in the background when closed. I think the "run in background" checkbox item in the preferences window should be removed.

For some reason I had difficulty getting both of those items to become checked in the preferences dialog (I realize that this is a separate issue) and believe that one checkbox called "Show in messaging menu" will do.

Some people may not want Lightread open all the time. It doesn't hurt having the option does it?

Actually I am with the bug reporter in this case. Suppose that a user chooses to only select "run in background" and if he closes Lightread, how would he open lightread again if it is not shown in the messaging menu? I am assuming the only way he could open lightread again is to run it again from the Unity dash. This is very unlikely though.

I propose that "run in background" and "show in messaging menu" be combined.
