Bug Description
Provider For Microsoft Exchange: v 0.17
Thunderbird: 5.0
I have my Exchange Calendar set to refresh every 30 minutes. Every 30 minutes the login prompt comes up and the "Use Password Manager to remember this password" checkbox is not checked, even though I checked it previously, but the password is remembered. All I have to do is hit "OK", but it's annoying.
My user name in the login prompt is in the format Domain\username. The Location is set to: https:/
I do have to confirm two login prompts whenever I start Thunderbird. I'm sure this is related to the other similar bugs, but it's not quite the same.

I'm noticing the same issue with Thunderbird 6.0 on Ubuntu, using the plugin version 0.17
The 30 minute timeout is annoying, and when it pops up when I'm typing anything, the username gets overwritten.
