Bug Description
Password is not stored, so i am prompted for a password at launch.
When the provided password is not correct, exchange-provider tries so many time using this wrong credentials that it locks user account.
please remove infinite loop of auth retry

Hi,
Same issue if password is stored : if the user changes his password, lightning- exchange- provider uses the stored password (the old one) to infinite try authentification, so the account ends up locked due to AD policy.
using version 0.17 on lightning 1.0b2 (64b) / TB 3.1.12, ubuntu 11.04 if that matters
