recurring exceptions sometimes do not show up

If a recurring exception falls out of range for the FindItem request, it will not be fetched at all and a regular occurrence will be shown instead. This can happen either if the exception was moved back out of the window, or if it was moved into the future out of the window.

One solution would be to fetch all exceptions whose recurrence id falls into the window in a second step after the initial GetItems. Or get rid of CalendarViews altogether?
