Password not working

Bug Description

I am setting up a calendar on Thunderbird 17.07 with Lightning 1.9.1 and Exchange 2007/2010 Calendar Provider 3.2.0-Beta7 against a hosted (Intermedia) Exchange 2010 server. To log into the owa, I use <email address hidden> with PASSWORD and it clears. I can even access the services XML file through a browser using these credntials. However, when I try to add the calendar in Lightning, it keeps prompting repeatedly for the password and never goes beyond that. I have attached the log file of the conversation with the server.

If I try it with Exchange Calendar Provider 2.2.2 (seems to be the last non-beta version) it just hangs without ever getting back to me.
