Provide user information on upstart events

Bug Description

When using upstart to perform tasks on lightdm events like desktop-session-start, login-session-start or desktop-destroy, it would be extremely helpful if lightdm would pass some information like username and/or uid about the user who is triggering this event to initctl. This would allow for jobs to be smarter about what they actually do instead of "one size fits all".
