Bug Description

If '/etc/init.d/lightdm start' is run, lightdm is started in every Crtl+Alt+F* or Alt+F* , but should only be on Alt+F7.

When you run in a terminal '/etc/init.d/lightdm stop' or restart, the screen gets black with a cursor in the form of X. After that, switching to the terminal and killing or restarting lightdm doesn't work. Helps only a button on the system unit RESET.

lightdm 0.3.7
Ubuntu ~11.10
nvidia 270.41.06 (GF6600)
