Bug Description
Under Mint 19.x, this causes a random Xorg/display driver crash where Xorg fully utilises 1 CPU core with the AMD E1-1200 APU, and causes the desktop to run extremely slowly after this happens.
It happens roughly 30% of the time, but this doesn't happen when using a different display manager such as SDDM. Rebooting usually fixes the problem, but I haven't been able to determine the cause. Perhaps a race condition because it seems unpredictable.
Happy to try debugging steps and provide logs or anything else useful, just need some pointers.

NOTE: This is using an older laptop that uses the Radeon driver, instead of the AMDGPU driver. I don't know how to verify this, but it seems probable that it has something to do with the Radeon driver.
