Bug Description

The codeset should not be stripped when retrieving the Language setting from dmrc. Stripping it is inconsistent with AccountsService which returns the full locale and with the expectation of consumers like lightdm-gtk-greeter. Attached patch fixes the issue.

Do not strip the codeset when loading the Language filed from dmrc Edit (947 bytes, text/plain)

$ bzr branch lp:lightdm lightdm-branchname
$ cd lightdm-branchname
(make changes)
$ bzr commit -m "Blah blah" --fixes lp:1074946
$ bzr push lp:~gber/lightdm/branchname
Go to https://code.launchpad.net/~gber/lightdm/branchname and click "Propose for merging"
