Bug Description
in lightdm.conf I have specified: (in this case its for an autologin user).
user-session=
autologin-
With any combination of the above I am always logged into the last user session I think the preference should be to use the value indicated in lightdm.conf unless it indicates to use the last session.

Upon further investigation it appears /root/. cache/lightdm- gtk-greeter/ state contains last-session which gets used. This causes any login from another seat or vnc to take preference over the configured value.
