Adding custom Cursor Theme option

Bug Description

Cause uisng https://developer.gnome.org/gdk3/stable/gdk3-Cursors.html#GdkCursorType I cant set custom cursor theme. You need to use this instead: https://developer.gnome.org/gdk3/stable/gdk3-Cursors.html#gdk-cursor-new-from-name waht is better and so it would be possible to change cursor theme with

cursor-name = <cursor theme>

in lightdm-gtk-greeter.conf
