Bug Description
With the GTK2 greeter, if using a theme that is generally light but uses a dark menubar, like Manjaro's Menda[1], the GtkMenuBar widget on the right ends up dark, while the GtkLabel widgets on the left remain light.

We're currently considering to drop Gtk2 support for our next stable release (mostly because it complicates our code and most distributions have Gtk3 available), so I'm not sure if we're gonna fix this.
As a workaround, you could add some theming to the manjaro default theme to make the panel look consistent (the greeter's theme isn't something the users change very often, actually, so it's kinda up to distributors).
