Bug Description

LightDM GTK+ Greeter first displays the background which is specified in /etc/lightdm/lightdm-gtk-greeter.conf and then the user background if available (AccountsService). The first background might be visible for a brief moment depending on the hardware specification and configuration and therefore should not be displayed at all in this case.
