Incorrect format in "Clock format:"

Bug Description
The default value for "Clock format:" was "%d %b, %H:%M" i think.
This is not the way i wanted it to be for my language at least.
I cant seem to find "%d %b, %H:%M" in the translation so i guess i cant change it in the language i translate to.
Suggest perhaps take the format from the system so it follows the way it have perhaps already been translated in other software.
Else i suggest adding the string to the translations so i can change it to match the format we use in the language i translate.
