Bug Description
gnome-panel allows a user to add a separator to a panel (Alt + Right-click ... Add to panel ... Separator). The separator is useful in distinguishing adjacent panel elements that are not logical connected (such as the menu from launcher icons in the attached screenshot).
Radiance (and presumably Ambiance) do not theme the separator which looks wrong and out-of-place -- see attached screenshot.
