Bug Description
The apply button in the menu cannot be selected by tabbing. This is a problem at very low resolutions where the button goes outside the screen and becomes unreachable. It cannot be selected with the arrow keys either

Thanks! I was able to reproduce the problem and push a fix:

However, one related problem I noticed is that the "Apply" button doesn't get set sensitive when you change a value with the keyboard only, so there's another usability problem with keyboard-only navigation.
