Steps to reproduce:
$ wget http://
$ unzip diveintopython-
$ cd diveintopython-
$ python
Python 2.6.4 (r264:75706, Dec 8 2009, 12:03:07)

I don't see the library "lxml.etree", maybe the name is wrong?
