We should show the quicklist in the dock even when Switchboard is closed. Here's how I imagine it:
1. Switchboard is launched
2. Switchboard checks what plugs are available
3. Switchboard makes sure the quicklist in its .desktop matches what's available
Right now it's pretty useless to only show it when the app is open. |
