Webapps don't integrating in Unity

Bug Description

Such list of tested webapps aren't making any Unity integration since 14.04:
YouTube; vkcom; YandexMusic; GMail; lastfm

Althoug they are working in 13.10 as expected.

They no more openning in default browser, but they do in webbrowser-app, even when installed by default browser.
It's both correct for firefox, chromium and opera(other user says)

The bug is about functional issues wrt unity integation APIs. The webapps do now open in their dedicated container in 14.04 LTS.

Also there many of webapps don't work, as in 13.10, even in webbrowser-app.
Were tested:
vkcom
YouTube
GMail

There was broken integration in indicators and launcher panel.
All of this looks like compatibility break in api layer.
