Bug Description
When using the application shortcuts in the messaging menu, it always starts a new webapp instance, as opposed to switching to a running one.
For example:
- start the Gmail webapp
- Go in the messaging menu and click on the Gmail entry
Expected result: the system switches to the running Gmail instance
Observed result: a new Gmail webapp instance is started
