Open webapps have two icons in launcher

Bug Description
When a webapp is opened, it shows an icon for the webapp itself in the launcher, as well as one for the browser that opened it (chromium or firefox). Closing the app removes both icons. I assume the normal behavior is for there only to be the webapp icon.
Also, I've noticed that if I navigate to a site for which I have a webapp installed, the webapp icon appears in the launcher. If I navigate away, the icon stays there (with a > next to it, as if it were open on a different workspace) and remains until the browser is closed. I don't know what the expected behavior is here, but I can't imagine it's that.

Why is nobody caring about this? Webapps are practically unuseable with this bug.
