Remember basket contents after restart

Bug Description
It would be nice if the store remembered items in the basket after restarting. This would be for items that have not been purchased. How this might work:
1. Open music player (e.g. Rhythmbox)
2. Go to the Ubuntu One Music Store and select to download some songs or albums
3. Quit Rhythmbox
4. Open Rhythmbox and go to the Ubuntu One Music Store
5. Click on the "Basket" link
Result: Songs/albums selected to download in step 2 are still in the basket
