Bug Description
Only uploaded images are run through the optimisation phase.
Maybe we need to run the optimisation phase (or part of it, like the text stripping part of jpegoptim) everytime we resize an image. This should be a queued operation of course.
This applies to dynamic resizes but also the pre-generated images.
