Bug Description

From the manual import page (see bug #769785 and bug #769786), it should be possible to enter one's homepage URL and Libravatar should go there to try and download the Pavatar (http://www.pavatar.com/) included there.

There are three ways for website owners to expose their pavatars:

- HTTP header: X-Pavatar: http://example.com/path/my-pavatar.png
- HTML tag: <link rel="pavatar" href="http://example.com/path/my-pavatar.png" />
- File in homepage base directory: pavatar.png
