Check SRV records when adding an email address

When users add a new email address, we could check whether or not that domain is controlled by another avatar server and issue a warning.

This would involve querying that domain for the right SRV record.

Note that we can't direct users to the URL where they have to register because that URL is not public (the SRV entry is for serving avatar images only).
