Bug Description
Currently, only images served over HTTP can be dynamically resized.
Using the current mechanism, it would mean that we need to have an application running on https:/
This might be easier to do once we have found a way to fix bug #769734.

The entire Django application is now served over HTTPS (logged in or not).
