missing SSLCipherSuite in www.apache2.conf

Bug Description

While trying to build a local server hosted behind traefik stumbled on errors on apache side;

`AH02261: Re-negotiation handshake failed: Not accepted by client!?`

After some amount of time I've finally figured that the `SSLCipherSuite` present is the `seccdn.apache2.conf` were not present in the main vhost.

I'll try to provide a pull request in a moment

Odd, I've just seen the in the INSTALL.md file a note about the `tls.conf` file uploaded. So I've removed my added `SSLCipherSuite` from `www.apache2.conf` and also in `seccdn.apache2.conf` and everything is still working.
Will adapt PR.
