Bug Description

Users who have JavaScript enabled should be shown the Dropbox zxcvbn password strength meter: https://blogs.dropbox.com/tech/2012/04/zxcvbn-realistic-password-strength-estimation/

The source is on Github: https://github.com/dropbox/zxcvbn

and it's packaged in stretch: https://packages.debian.org/stretch/python-zxcvbn
