Bug Description
The login page should only mention authentication schemes which are available as authentication backends.
For now, I've just hacked the template locally to remove them. ;)

So I guess we should tie these to registrations being disabled?
i.e. when "DISABLE_SIGNUP = True" then the login page shouldn't have these things available
