Bug Description

Not only does the avatars.io homepage look fresh and modern, it also has a pretty neat way of describing the service to developers and showing that the API is simple.

We should do something similar. Basically an "elevator pitch" version of http://wiki.libravatar.org/api/ and/or http://wiki.libravatar.org/description/
