I cant watch videos recived by Telegram on my ubuntu phone

I did receive a video through telegram app and i tried to watch it, every time i click on it i get a black page with play button in middle, so when i try to click on it nothing happens.

I did send the video to someone else and it work fine on their windows phone.

I still have ubuntu v. 14:10 on my bq phone.

Well i did go to file manager, and from there to videos, i have 3 or 4 .mp4 files so i tried to open one and i was forward to:

open with: and there is only Gallery as an option

I clicked on Media player app and i got:

error

no video selected to play. connect your phone to your computer

Maybe its not a Telegram issue but media player?

Well this video is not about religon or anything serious but how he got angry and started shouting at people at the end.

so dont get shocked :)

This video i did resend it using telegram to my wife's telephone which has lumia and opened normally.
