When a bonded interface is up the following error is reported by Wireshark: "Can't get list of interfaces: SIOCGIFFLAGS: bonding_masters: No such device"

Thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu. It has already been fixed upstream in libpcap, and that fix has automatically been applied to the current development version of Ubuntu. That is why I am marking this bug as 'Fix Released'.
This is a significant bug in Ubuntu. If you need a fix for the bug in previous versions of Ubuntu, please do steps 1 and 2 of the SRU Procedure [1] to bring the need to a developer's attention.
