Bug Description

please specify notification category, as per http://www.galago-project.org/specs/notification/0.9/x211.html
(option "-c" for notify-send).

also, it'd be nice to be able to specify notification expiration in the preferences.

The category is added in my branch, it will be merged in trunk soon.
I have my doubts about the expiration though: notify-send has an option for it, but it doesn't affect the time a notification is displayed.
