Bug Description

LXC containers fail to create.

A "Failed to create container" message is displayed.

This is due to the new reporting facility I added for displaying errors on container start. The problem stems from adding the config entries when the LxcContainer class is instantiated, but when creating a container, the config doesn't exist yet, so it messes up the creation.

  * Make sure the chroot container distro version matches the host distro version
    due to incompatibilities when mixing distro versions. (LP: #1592117)

    trying to write out the file.
