Sometimes the scope block and I cannot scroll up to see upper apps.

What do you mean exactly by "block?" You scroll to the bottom of the scope and can no longer scroll back up? It might help if you could provide a list of currently installed desktop apps and the contents of "/home/phablet/.cache/upstart/scope-registry.log".

Sorry. I found the bug reappear often, I don't know why for a while disappeared. Sorry for the imprecision. I have made a screenshot to better explain what happens. When I try to go up what in the screenshot happens. Thank very much for your patience

Can you provide any logs? There could be something interesting in `/home/phablet/.cache/upstart/scope-registry.log`.
