Libertine has no control over how package dependencies are handled for various packages. So in the dependency graph for the Vivid version of Nautilus, somehow Brasero gets pulled. This is a problem in Nautilus's dependency graph.
I would say file a bug against Nautilus, but Vivid is EOL'd, so at this point, there really isn't anything that can be done about this. Sorry:(
