Bug Description
If a tag has a empty field, fscanf emits an error and does grabs nothing.
Example $DIMLDRBLK, using fscanf (fp, "%i\n%s\n", &n, tstring);:
9 $DIMLDRBLK 1
9 $DIMLUNIT 70
