picard can't find /dev/cdrom

Bug Description

The first time you launch picard, if you click on "CD Lookup", it will say "/dev/cdrom not found" or something to that effect.

After selecting "Options..." from the Options menu and clicking on "CD Lookup", it shows /dev/sr0 as the default device. From this point on CD Lookup finds the CD-ROM device, with no other action required.

This is not a serious problem but is kind of silly, it should get the device right from the beginning.

Picard uses libdiscid to get the default device, which previously expected `/dev/cdrom` to be available on Linux.

Starting with libdiscid 0.6.0 it checks `/proc/sys/dev/cdrom/info` to find the first CD drive.

Note that Saucy still ships libdiscid 0.5.1, but you can upgrade using the MusicBrainz Stable PPA:
