Bug Description

In the messaging menu, the text of the custom commands for an application (e.g. "Compose New Message" and "Contacts" for "Mail") is less indented than the text of the items for the applications themselves (e.g. "Chat", "Mail", "Pidgin Internet Messenger"). This looks wrong.

Instead, all items in an application section -- other than the application item itself -- should be indented by one icon+spacing width.

Mark has requested that this change break the Lucid UI freeze.

Fixing bug 538489 first may make this bug easier to fix.
