Bug Description

Open the "View" menu in Eclipse with the mouse. Once you move the cursor down to navigate through it, the menu begins to flicker uncontrollably, and is almost impossible to use.

Upon opening the "View" menu in Eclipse, "unity-2d-panel" outputs:

unity-2d-panel: [WARNING] [31mvoid DBusMenuImporterPrivate::slotItemsPropertiesUpdated(const DBusMenuItemList&, const DBusMenuItemKeysList&) [0m: No action for id 47

When this occurs the menubar looses focus, and you are stuck inside the View dropdown menu.

This unexpected loss of focus is causing the flickering.

Is it also happening in Oneiric?

In Oneiric, Eclipse does not use the global menu, that is, its menus are not displayed in the panel but in Eclipse's window.
