Bug Description

After a bzr pull, make clean, make, at the end of the make output I get this:

Removing ///home/martinal/opt/fenics/dorsal-unstable/lib/python2.7/site-packages/libadjoint-0.9-py2.7.egg-info
Writing ///home/martinal/opt/fenics/dorsal-unstable/lib/python2.7/site-packages/libadjoint-0.9-py2.7.egg-info
sed: no input files
make: *** [install] Error 123

Clearly most of the build has completed just fine, but I still get nervous when I see errors :)
