Bug demonstrated in:
When debuild-building the stable branch on quantal (this for the fluidity-dev package dependency) the pre-build fails due to unfulfillable build dependency on libpetsc3.1-dev. Could this be changed to also allow libpetsc3.2-dev for quantal?
