Broken manuals to lib2geom

i cannot to build lib2geom on windows. the file readme.win32.txt contains broken links to tutorials. please - describe the building on windows more carefully, thanks.

p.s.

my steps of execution:

1) downloaded gsl and boost
2) edited mingwenv.bat:

set MINGW_BIN=folder to mingw bin
set CMAKE_BIN=folder to cmake
set PATH=%MINGW_BIN%;%CMAKE_BIN%;%PATH%
set BOOST_DIR=folder to boost

3) edit cmakelist in src/2geom/
deleted svg-path-parser.cpp
deleted svg-path-parser.h

because they contain dependecies some unknown library glib

4) run mingwenv
5) cmake -G visual studio 2011 (for example)
6) run project in visual studio and get error - cannot to find "config.h"

please - help me

os - windows 7 64-bit
lib - lib2geom-0.2.0
gsl and boost the latest version (11.06.2014)

Partially fixed.

2geom builds fine with MSYS2/mingw-w64 these days.

Documentation could still use some updates; help welcome at https://gitlab.com/inkscape/lib2geom/
