Bug Description

Twitter has a system in place for applications to request user-approval to access their account. Currently, it is not clear where Lernid pulls the authentication information from. By using the system Twitter has in place, users can easily grant and revoke Lernid's access to their Twitter account.

I believe it uses libgwibber and thus uses the Twitter details set in
the Broadcast Account dialog. This means it integrates with the system
settings nicely.

In that case, maybe include a link in the preference window to launch the gwibber account settings window to allow the user to adjust what account lernid uses.

Let's keep this simple and simply change the menu to say "Publicize with Gwibber" as that tells our student what's going to happen and how. I'd suggest that we add a line to the man page as well, maybe referring to the gwibber accounts and preferences dialogs.

When I checked the python help for gwibber.lib it appears that this menu item will send a message to every active gwibber account, not just twitter, so the changed menu item should be more accurate.
